Order processing times
Most orders are processed within 3 business days.
During busy seasonal times such as Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 7 - 10 business days as we rely on local printing partners who can also experience high work volumes at these times causing some delays.
Your patience is appreciated during these times and it would be great if you can communicate any urgency or deadlines up front
Some larger framed items will be between 10 - 14 business days please enquire directly for shipping and freight costs of these items
Shipping times
Items are shipped from stock held in New Zealands South Island by either Standard NZ Post or Courier
We aim to have all items delivered in perfect condition and take every effort to ensure this

Most used - POST STANDARD - ECONOMY
Once order fulfilled they aim to deliver within up to 3 working days
Value up to $250 - Rural Delivery surcharge of $5.50 may be incurred - up to max weight 3kg
NZ POST COURIER
once order fulfilled they aim to deliver the following working day
Value up to $2000 - Rural Delivery surcharge of $5.50 may be incurred - up to max weight 3kg

We use STANDARD ECONOMY - which covers 220 destinations worldwide but please be aware some countries are excluded - if there is no shipping option to your country please enquire directly to discuss

COURIER option may be available at an extra cost where the estimated delivery time is up to 7 working days

Returns, Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact and request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery as we were not contacted

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Please email us info@sueparryartworksdesigns.com as soon as possible after receipt preferably with a photo attached of the item and issue/defect so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you towards making it right.
Sale Items ( if applicable )
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.
The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.
All our items are printed to order, which means there is no wasted unsold stock going to landfill, but it also means there is a delay in shipping your product to you while it is being printed. Most items are printed and despatched within 7 days
Shipping times and prices varies from product to product and we also ship internationally, which also makes shipping times variable, we always aim to have your item to you within 4 weeks.
